Nickolay Rashev Nickolay is a co-founder and a main shareholder in Bianor. His in-depth business understanding and internal drive for excellence continually raises standards in how we do business. Nickolay is a former member of the board of the Bulgarian Association of Software Companies (BASSCOM) and a co-founder of the Bulgarian section of the Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute's Software Process Improvement Network. Before founding Bianor he held a project management position at IBM. Nickolay earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Economics of Sofia University and is currently completing his Masters in Strategic Management.
Kostadin Jordanov Kostadin is a co-founder and a main shareholder in Bianor. His entrepreneurial passion, strong commitment to the company's values and clear business focus has helped Bianor grow from a two-person startup to a well recognized brand in the mobile arena. Kostadin continues to lead the company with the same tireless energy he put into its creation. Before founding Bianor Kostadin held multiple software engineering positions, including with IBM and TTS. Kostadin has studied Computer Sciences at the Technical University of Sofia, and Macroeconomics at the University of National and World Economy, Sofia.

Metodi Filipov Metodi is a seasoned operations manager with over 15 years developing technology solutions Previously he has served as VP Operations of Cemtrex; Product Manager of Raritan leading several acquisitions; VP Operations of ISS; Director of Product Development of Intelligent Digital Systems. Currently he holds the position of Chair of the Computer Society of the IEEE Long Island Section. Metodi has several patents and patent applications and holds a MS from the Technical University of Sofia.
Nedelcho Nedelchev Nedelcho's strategic thinking, wide business vision and strong financial background are great contributors to Bianor's long-term prosperity. Before joining the board, Nedelcho held the positions of a Deputy Minister of Transport and Telecommunications in the Republic of Bulgaria and chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Telecommunications Company. Currently he is a CEO of First Financial Brokerage House and a member of the Supervisory board of First Investment Bank. Nedelcho is a co-founder and partner at Expat Capital. Nedelcho earned his Master's degree in International Eeconomic Relations from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia.
Sev Onyshkevych Sev is a serial еntrepreneur and executive of fast-growing technology companies. Currently serving as COO of CheckSix, Inc. and CEO of In Vino Veritas Consulting; previously President of Raritan Japan. Previous positions include COO of EZSize.com and MyDreamStore.com; CMO of MyVirtualModel; CTO of Innovative Programming Associates, CheckSix, Voosh! and MyVirtualModel; Managing Director-RONIN International; VP Strategy, Marketing, Product Management – Raritan; Executive Vice-President RONIN. Sev is a Princeton University graduate with BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science; he also holds an MBA from Wharton School.
Paul Rubell Business lawyer who focuses in the technology space, and also an adjunct professor of law at Hofstra University. Paul advises public and private companies about solving day-to-day business challenges and problems and planning for their future growth. Guides entrepreneurs to make the right decisions about the legal issues and business alternatives which they face. Paul boasts extensive experience representing buyers, sellers, and investors in mergers and acquisitions. Acted as lead counsel to the sellers in a $100 million roll-up transaction; handled the $46 million tax-free reorganization of a sports facility in its merger with a public company; represented a computer hardware integrator, an aerospace manufacturer, and an on-line financial services company in their sales to public companies. Handled many capital market transactions for middle market and emerging companies. Some of Pauls respobsinilities are assisting clients in raising money through private placements, initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on public offerings, and venture capital and angel financings. Paul is a Georgetown University Law School graduate and holds a BA in Mathematics and English Literature from Case Western Reserve University. Executive Team
Michael Patellis Responsible for Bianor's development of new business opportunities and strategic partnerships, Michael joined Bianor in June 2011.
Prior to joining Bianor, Michael has completed fifteen years of senior level sales and business development leadership roles with Raritan, Digital Multitools, and American Megatrends. Michael's professional yet aggressive business style has allowed him to consistently grow revenue beyond projections for complex technologies into multiple channels. Michael earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia with a focus on entrepreneurship.
Stefan Lilov Stefan's is one of Bianor's very first employees having joined the company as far back as 1999. Currently Stefan is focused on the product development processes in Bianor and holds the position Chief Product Officer. Stefan's clear understanding of the mobile arena and internal drive for success push the company forward to new boundaries every day. Prior to reaching his current position Stefan held various engineering and managerial roles at Bianor. Some of them include Senior Software Engineer 2001 – 2003, Head of Software Engineering 2003 – 2004, Chief Technology Officer in the period between 2004 - 2007, Chief Operational Officer in 2007, Member of the Board of Directors, Managing Director 2007 - 2008, Chief Business Development Officer 2008 – 2010. Upon assuming his current position Stefan outlined two priorities for Bianor’s continual growth - cutting-edge mobile software development expertise, and own mobile software products. Stefan holds a Masters degree in Telecommunications awarded from the Technical University of Sofia.
Maria Williamson Maria has an international enterpreneurial background which brings valued perspective to Bianor. She is working with Bianor's sales and marketing team in defining, implementing and fine tuning strategy in sales and marketing. Maria's previous positions include Sales Director of a consumer electronics company and Marketing and Business Development Director of a construction corporation. Maria co-founded a start-up in South Africa's Johannesburg and was instrumental in its growth from a three person operation to national scale. Another succesfull start-up in which Maria was involved has turned into the leading brand of SCUBA Diving Schools in the Mediterranean. Maria holds a BBA degree from Europa University of Business in Cyprus, Mediterranean. "I have always thought that I have been born far too early – the technologies I need in my professional and personal live have not been invented yet."
Ivan Dimitrov Enthusiastic and open minded, an expert in professional efficiency analysis, resource planning and management, recruitment and career consultancy. Presently holds the position "Chief Dream Team Office" at Bianor, where he is fully dedicated to building the dream team and provisioning the human capital necessary for achieving the company’s goals. Ivan holds an MBA degree, has extensive previous management position, and has a long standing with the company having held an Administrative Manager and Quality Manager positions with Bianor, and CEO with Nextborn, a web design and development offspring, fully owned by Bianor.
Luca Romano Luca joined Bianor in May 2011 as a Project Manager and currently operates as Chief Technology Officer of the company. For over 16 years Luca has been involved in the IT industry and has served at engineering and managerial positions varying from Software Engineer in the University of Catania, Software Engineer and Consultant at AT&T Labs USA, IT Consultant for Eutelsat France, Technical Team Leader at Safecharge, IT Division Manager at Software Technologies and others. Luca's past ventures include owning a private IT consulting company ML-tech based in Catania, Italy during 2003 – 2008. The company provided consultancy services in the ICT area, developing and distributing public information display infrastructure, deploying e-government on-line services to citizens etc. Luca holds a Masters degree in Computer Science awarded from the University of New York.
Elena Dimitrova Having joined Bianor in 2001 Elena has been part of the team for over 10 years. Responsible for Bianor's project management and strategic projects, Elena currently holds the Project Management Officer position. Before becoming Bianor's PMO Elena's previous positions in the company included Senior Software Engineer, Project Manager and Chief Technology Officer. Elena has been working with key client accounts such as Ogylvi, Wall Street, Raritan, World Mate, Mtel, part of Austria Telecom group, and many others. She has often managed teams of up to twenty engineers. Elena earned her Masters degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Sofia.
Vladimir Tankov Responsible for Bianor's financials and business processes since 2005, Vladimir currently holds the position Chief Financial Officer. His analytical skills, strong financial background and attention to detail help maintain the balance between short-term and long-term objectives. Before joining Bianor Vladimir held several senior management positions in large-scale companies such as Financial and Trade Director at Yugopetrol, a petro-chemical company; Financial Director of Indagro - another large player in the chemical industry, and Financial Director at Nikas Bulgaria, a national leader in food retail. Vladimir's skills are invaluable during the implementation of leading project management and control methodologies, and assist daily with planning, control and risk management. Vladimir earned his Masters degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Sofia
Veneta Mihailova Veneta joined Bianor in the beginning of 2011. Her current position is Director Investor Relations while at the same time she provides legal assistance on issues such as employment, company policies, disputes, and contracts. Veneta's previous positions include Attorney at law in the field of contractual, labor and commercial law; Legal advisor responsible for the overseeing of contractual issues and documentation, and EU project coordinator with management, accounting and reporting activities. Veneta holds a Masters degree in Law awarded from the University of Sofia.
