Project Manager - Position in Sofia

Your role as a Project Manager is to:
plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget. This includes motivating team members and coordinating their efforts and third-party contractors or consultants in order to fulfill projects’ needs. You will also define the projects’ objectives and oversee quality throughout its life cycle in a structured way.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with all stakeholders
- Drive the requirements gathering process which includes creation and maintainance of requirements documentation
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
- Interact with technical team leads to ensure sound platform, architectural, and design choices
- Identify and manage project dependencies and risk and suggest mitigation plans
- Proactively manage changes in project scope
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors
Position Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience on a similar position
- Excellent communication skills
- Result oriented thinking
- Clear understanding of project management methodologies
- Experience with US projects is a big advantage
- Fluent in English, spoken and writte
