Nickolay Rashev

“What I love about technology is the freedom, the way it opens up new experiences for people. Of course there are limitations too. I see it as my mission to explore the freedoms while overcoming the limitations.”

Nickolay is a co-founder and a main shareholder in Bianor. His in-depth business understanding and internal drive for excellence continually raises standards in how we do business.

Nickolay is a former member of the board of the Bulgarian Association of Software Companies (BASSCOM) and a co-founder of the Bulgarian section of the Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute's Software Process Improvement Network. Before founding Bianor he held a project management position at IBM.

Nickolay earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Economics of Sofia University and is currently completing his masters in Strategic Management.

Kostadin Jordanov

Later it was the beginning of the internet (over a 300bps modem) that captured my imagination. Today it’s about working with talented people to drive the world of technology forward that really drives me.”

Kostadin is a co-founder and a main shareholder in Bianor. His entrepreneurial passion, strong commitment to the company's values and clear business focus has helped Bianor grow from a two-person startup to a well recognized brand in the mobile arena. Kostadin continues to lead the company with the same tireless energy he put into its creation.

Before founding Bianor Kostadin held multiple software engineering positions, including with IBM and TTS.

Kostadin has studied computer sciences at the Technical University of Sofia, and Macroeconomics at the University of National and World Economy, Sofia.

Nedelcho Nedelchev

Nedelcho's strategic thinking, wide business vision and strong financial background are great contributors to our long-term prosperity.

Before joining the board of Bianor, Nedelcho held the positions of a Deputy Minister of Transport and Telecommunications in the Republic of Bulgaria and chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Telecommunications Company. Currently he is a CEO of First Financial Brokerage House and a member of the Supervisory board of First Investment Bank. Nedelcho is a co-founder and partner at Expat Capital.

Nedelcho earned his master's degree in international economic relations from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia.

Stefan Lilov

Stefan's clear understanding of the software business arena and internal drive for success push the company forward to new boundaries every day.

Before assuming his current position Stefan held different engineering and management positions at Bianor so he understands all the ins and outs of how Bianor works.

Upon assuming his current position Stefan outlined three priorities for our continued growth: niche domain expertise, complete project engineering capabilities and own software solutions. These three priorities shape all our activities.

Stefan holds a master's degree in telecommunications from the Technical University of Sofia.

Vladimir Tankov

Vladimir's impressive analytical skills, strong financial background and attention to detail help us continually maintain the balance between our short-term and long-term objectives.

His skills proved invaluable during the implementation of the leading project and portfolio management methodologies. The same skills and passion help us today with the planning, control and risk management of our core business and our new ventures.

Vladimir earned his master's degree in computer technologies from the Technical University of Sofia.
