Yes. Currently scribe2go is integrated with Salesforce.com. If you are interested in using scribe2go in conjunction with other leading CRM system, please, write us an email at info@scribe2go.com and we will gladly provide you information regarding our plans for integration with the particular CRM.
Which editions of Salesforce.com are supported?
scribe2go supports the Professional, Enterprise and Unlimited editions of Salesforce.com as these editions provide access to the required integration APIs.
Does scribe2go support non-US customers?
No. At the moment scribe2go is available to US customers only. If you are interested in using scribe2go outside of US, please, write us at info@scribe2go.com and we will gladly provide you information regarding our future plans for your location.
Does it matter which mobile operator do we use?
No. scribe2go works with all mobile operators.
Will scribe2go work when I am abroad in roaming?
Yes.
Which mobile phones are supported by the product?
scribe2go supports natively BlackBerry, iPhone, Android and Symbian phones. A Java client for older Java-enabled phones is also available. scribe2go could also be used with any other fixed or mobile phone with the help of additional DTMF commands.
Which languages are supported by the voice-to-text feature?
scribe2go supports 70 languages (English, French. Spanish and German included) and achieves best results (above 90% precision of the voice recognition) with native American accents.
Why during trial scribe2go does not work with calls outside of US?
The termination costs of all calls during the trial period are covered by us therefore we have introduced this restriction. After the trial period scribe2go integrates with your communications service provider and the restriction is waived.
Why during scribe2go trial, my customers see an unknown calling number?
During the trial period we are responsible for the call termination and therefore your customers see our dedicated number. After the trial period scribe2go integrates with your corporate PBX or your communications service provider and your customers will see your corporate number as calling number.
Can I use scribe2go service from a fixed phone?
Yes. Please, ask your account manager for the required additional DTMF codes.
How long does it take to setup scribe2go with Salesforce.com?
We have taken all precautions to ensure the reliability and security of our service. scribe2go runs in the Amazon cloud and uses the corresponding infrastructure services ensuring a robust service platform. The product is designed in such a way that even if our servers fail to respond timely to your requests, you will still be able to make regular phone calls during the service down time.
Is there a risk that my call data is being accessed by unauthorized person?
We at scribe2go make sure not to store any data about your calls (including recordings and transcriptions) on our servers. As soon as we process each call we store the data in your Salesforce.com account to avoid any potential leak of information from our servers.
