ABOUT THE ROLE –
TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
YOUR ROLE
In your daily work you will:
- Manage the full hiring process for a set of various technical positions;
- Proactively search for candidates using various recruitment channels including career portals, internal databases, social networks, and referral programs;
- Preselect candidates, organize and participate in interviews with candidates;
- Suggest and implement new strategies and ways of sourcing candidates;
- Collaborate with different recruitment providers;
- Provide a positive employee experience and customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and different stakeholders;
- Participate in job fairs and other employer branding events;
- Support the HR Manager in different activities, including onboarding of new employees, training organization, participation in HR surveys, elaboration of HR documentation
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
You would feel at the right place with us if you have:
- 1 -2 years of IT recruitment experience;
- Sound understanding of the Tech industry with a passion for innovation;
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail;
- Fluency in English;
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
