Due to the expansion of our team, we are currently looking for a bright and proactive individual to join our team as a Dream Team Officer who will be hands on in the overall HR management, recruitment and employer branding process! Would you be interested to take part in various interesting areas of our everyday work life?

YOUR ROLE

In your daily work you will:

  • Implement and execute the human resources functions and programs in accordance with organizational policy. To put it more simple words, you will need make yourself and the team feel happy with the everyday work life thus build the dream team;
  • Be responsible for improving the skills and effectiveness of the team, for motivating the team, optimizing company structure, training managers in human resource practices etc.;
  • Be a strategic partner to the management by integrating HR strategies into the organization’s overall mission and operational strategy;
  • Partner with CEO / CTO / HR and other hiring managers to understand and help define/shape hiring needs, including role definition and job description creation; provide guidance through the recruitment process and regular updates on candidates in development;
  • Design and implement search strategies that identify candidates using online tools, internal databases, social networks, networking events, referral networks;
  • Conduct thorough interviews to identify both technical skills and cultural fit for current and future openings;
  • Manage and operate the full recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer);
  • Craft and distribute personalized recruiting messages with current job openings to passive candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with candidates on an ongoing basis, with the goal of building a pipeline of hirable candidates for opportunistic/future hiring;
  • Organize and take part in recruitment and employer branding events;
  • Identify and keep updated KPIs in the assigned field.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

You would feel at the right place with us if you have:

  • Have experience as a recruiter and/or HR specialist – Experience in IT recruitment is a must;
  • Have a sound understanding of the Tech industry and have a passion for innovation;
  • Are a clear and consistent communicator with a hands-on mentality;
  • Are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail;
  • Are with a strong work ethic and organizational skills;
  • Have fluent written and spoken English skills.
